THE BAY AREA'S NEWEST LICENSED SMALL BUSINESS NOTARY
Modern business needs a modern notary service. My Signature Line plays the roles of a signing agent, as your notary and preparer. As your signing Agent, I preside over the signing of real estate- and mortgage-related documents. This includes everything from printing out loan packages, showing borrowers where to sign or initial and returning the documents to signing service or title company.
Being your preparer requires me assisting clients by completing documents and applications for them as well as various agencies and companies. From Food Stamps to Business Proposals, Housing Documents and much, much more. I also submit papers for you as well.
As your Notary, my job is to act as an impartial public official to positively identify a person in a transaction. During a loan signing, I notarize the signatures of the borrowers on some of the documents. Most importantly, I'm always following the Notary laws and procedures of your state to protect all parties involved myself as well. I'm very experienced in notarization, legalization and translation of a wide range of documents, it’s no surprise we’re the Bay Area’s newest-growing small business notary.

Construction Companies
Protect yourself and your payment on every construction job by knowing when to get a document notarized. It’s common for contractors to request that waivers are notarized.
